These old Myanmar documents tell an important part of our Rohingya story. They are not just papers; they are records connected to our identity, our lives, and our history in our homeland. For the Rohingya, preserving these documents matters because our history deserves to be heard and understood. Our identity is part of who we are, and our history deserves a place in the world. We are Rohingya. Our history matters, our identity matters, and our story deserves to be told. Ali Johar Photography
